Be Careful with the 100% satisfaction Guarantee
Rudy Higgins - Higgins Industries- Rebel Backyard
Be carefull. Sure they offer you a 100% guarantee. Its because there is no way out. Once you get the fist set of images they state that you can not get a refund. Even if the initial images are not even close. Once you accept them you are in for the long haul. I have had numerous revisions before they even got to a concept that was workable. Then the account manager left and my project failed to move forward. The company stated it was my fault and responsibility because I did not do everything possible to communicated to them my account manager had left me. I moved on and have not been able to get a refund. So be aware once you are in, your stuck. I feel I also over paid. They charged me over 500.00 dollars not the 295.00 they suggested. They charge you for every concept design you get. So if you get 10 initial design you get charged for each one. If you pick two those two designers must keep trying until they get it right. Remember it is a foreign company over the internet. It appears that if you are dissatisfied you will have no recourse outside the US.

On a scale of 1 to 10 (with 10 being the best score), I rate infinity Logo Design- so far - as a 6. I opened an account with them on March 28, 2009 and I am still working with them on my project to this date (May 17, 2009).
The staff has been extremely helpful and professional at submitting creative ideas for my company letterhead, business cards, envelopes, and web pages. For the prices they charge, I am satisfied with their services thus far and planning for a successful close with them on my project.
No company is without some challenges. Since working with infinity design logo, I’ve observed the following areas that I expect will improve as I continue to voice my concerns:
1. Customer representatives are fast talkers and seem to care more about making the sale than listening to Voice of the Customer (VOC). IMPACT: Miscommunication, less than superb service, and I am forced to routinely articulate requirements via emails.
2. I routinely receive emails from the firm with no subject (or reference to a particular deliverable) in the subject line, no name of the service representative, or a follow-up phone number. IMPACT: This creates more miscommunication and confusion for even the most organized customer.
3. I routinely get the answering service when I call their office, which is tolerable. However, the absence of the company name on the answering service signals a RED FLAG and leaves one uncertain if the right firm was called.
4. I have received unsolicited reiterations on deliverables, which I thought was a waste of both my time and the firm’s.
5. If you find multiple deliverables posted at your login page, you are only allowed to choose one, even if you like them both.
6. I found one sample web page they provide me at another promotional website (only a concern if you require original designs)
There is more, but I think I’ve made my point. There are concerns with Infinity Logo Design, but maybe there will be improvements as we push forward with the project. I will provide an update in two week.
