We had just started our company when we hired Nola Cooper/Classic Creations Design to develop our business website and it was the best decision we made in the entire planning/start-up/early stages. She went beyond the call of duty for us – starting with being able to take our jumbled set of incoherent ideas to form a professional-looking website that captured everything we were trying to convey. She nailed the website exactly how we envisioned it.
And she delivered the first draft days before we expected to see anything! She is incredibly patient and easy to work with — we had initially set deadlines for when we wanted to see a preliminary website (draft), submit content and have it up and running live – and she met our deadlines even when we were behind!
We were not easy to work with — we are incredibly busy people working for our own clients, but she stayed in constant contact to reassure us she was there when we were ready.
When our domain registrar had issues with transferring the URL over, she jumped in and helped us every step of the way when other designers would have wished us luck and moved onto the next project. In fact, she not only created an awesome site for us, but helped us to keep our sanity through the whole process intact.
I have no doubt that as long as Nola Cooper is in business, she will be our website designer. And as we embark on a series of trade shows around the state over the next three months, we feel confident about sending potential clients to our website.Nola "Makes it Happen"!
